Terms and Conditions of Sale

BUSINESS HOURS

8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on National Holidays, Christmas Eve and the day after Thanksgiving.

PAYMENT TERMS

Net 20 days from date of delivery to approved credit accounts. COD where credit has not been established. A finance charge of 2% per month is added on all overdue accounts. This is a 24% annual charge.

MINIMUM BILLING CHARGE

Due to the cost of filing, billing, etc. we ask that all orders amount to at least $50.00 or more. we must invoice all orders under this amount as a minimum billing charge of $50.00. Freight is not included as part of the $50.00.

Backorders are not subject to the minimum.

DELIVERY

If at shipping time we have no specific shipping instructions, we will ship whichever way we consider to be in the best interest of the purchaser. Unless otherwise written, all products are F.O.B. shipping point. Our trucks run local delivery routes. We deliver to growers who are in our regular delivery area.

RETURNS

Complaints or reports of shortages must be made to us within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. All returns for credit must have prior approval from our office. This is a 20% re-stocking charge for merchandise returned unless merchandise is defective.

CLAIMS

It is in your best interest to fully understand the freight claims policies and procedures outlined by the freight companies

QUOTATIONS

All quotations are in effect for 14 days or until a price change is made by the manufacturer.

WARRANTIES

All warranties are the resonsibility of the manufacturer and subject to terms stated in such warranties supplied to the purchaser by the manufacturer. Seller makes no warranty either express or implied, including any warranty of fitness of the property for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to the seller.

LIABILITY

All information on this web site is compiled from recognized horticultural sources in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, the seller's obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of inability to use the products. Before using, user is responsible to determine suitability of product for intended use. User assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with products' use.
